Terms of service

Updated 5 October 2026

By submitting a request you accept the terms in force on this date. If the order needs changing later, I will show you what changed since your request date.

01

What I draw

Original characters, fan art, portraits. I do not draw men, children, animals, complex machinery (detailed robots, mecha, mechanisms) or architecture. Not sure? Ask in advance.

02

Accepting requests

Requests are handled first-come, first-served, not instantly. I may refuse an order without explanation.

03

Process

Five stages — the same as on the process strip on the home page. Sketch: we agree on silhouettes, poses and composition; all revisions here are free. Lineart: clean lines over the approved sketch — three free revisions without changing the composition or poses, paid after that. Colour: toning and colouring; changing colours is free. Render: lighting, colour correction, texturing, detailing — adding details is free, changing what is already drawn is paid, and we agree on the cost before the revision; you can already pay for the order at this stage. Final: preparing the formats you need — a compressed version before payment, all files are yours after payment.

04

One request — one artwork

A single request may hold several characters only if they share one illustration. Two different artworks mean two separate requests. A character can have look variants — different clothes, accessories, a light change of pose or emotion, optionally with their own background: the first variant is included in the price, every next one adds 50 % to that character's price.

05

Revisions

At the sketch stage all revisions are free. At the lineart stage — three free revisions without changing the composition or poses; after that revisions are paid. At the colour stage changing colours is free. At the render stage adding details is free, changing what is already drawn is paid; we agree on the cost before the revision.

06

Files and size

Default illustration size ~3000×5000 px, 300 dpi. Delivered as PSD, PNG and CLIP via Google Drive. A larger canvas for wide-format print is available on request; the price depends on the size and is quoted after I review the request.

07

Interaction

Give an active account in your request: do not change your nickname or close direct messages on the contact you gave. I write once — when your turn comes and I start working on your order; there will be no separate messages to check your account or confirm the order.

08

Payment

There is no prepayment: I ask for payment once at least 50 % of the work is done, or at the end. For large orders I may ask for payment in instalments, and I warn you about it before starting. Before payment I show only a compressed preview; after payment all files are yours. If payment never arrives, the work stays with me and may go into my portfolio.

09

Payment methods and currency

The payment method depends on the selected currency and is shown below. Prices are set in US dollars and shown in the currency of the selected language at a rate refreshed daily; at payment time the total is fixed in the payment currency.

UnionPay Transfer by card number.
10

Penalties

Penalties only apply if you did not warn about a delay in advance; discounts do not apply to penalties. No reply within 7 days — 3 % for each following day. Payment is due within 3 days, then 1 % for each day of delay.

Penalty formula ¥134 × 1.03⁷ × 1.01¹¹ ≈ ¥181
11

Discounts

The discount is calculated from the final amount at the time of the invoice and does not apply to penalties. There are four grounds: a paid subscription on any of my platforms, fan art of a popular franchise — 15 % — subscriber activity (comments, reposts, likes) and promotions I announce for dates and trends. Discounts do not stack: only one applies, the largest, and the total discount never exceeds 40 % of the base price. I set the discount for a subscription and for activity individually when I confirm the request and put the order in the queue: that is when I look at the account and reflect it in the current price. This is my decision, not an option in the request; the form only has the field "promo code or subscriber profile". The current price is visible by the order code once the order is in progress.

12

Rights

The work remains my intellectual property, and my signature stays on it. Personal use, avatars and posts crediting the author are allowed. Commercial use, NFTs and dataset training — only under a separate licence. By separate agreement you can buy out the rights to the art — this is paid and means that I remove my signature and do not post the work in my portfolio. A rights buyout includes commercial rights — you do not need to buy them separately.

13

Commercial work

Commercial rights come in two options: +100 % of the final order price as a fixed fee, or 10 % of sales. The rest is agreed personally — DM me on any of the official platforms.

14

Timing

I give the timeframe personally when the order comes up: it depends on the queue and the scope. If I am running late, I tell you before the date, not after.

15

Cancellation and edits

You can open your card on the order board with your code and remove it any time while the order is still under review and work has not started. Before work starts you can also edit the request there, up to five times; an approved order returns to review without losing its place, and the edited request is accepted under the current terms and prices. There is no prepayment, so refunds are not provided: if a large order was paid in instalments, the paid and approved stages are not refunded.

16

When the customer last opened the order

When you open your order by its link and collection is switched on, the site stores one mark: the time the order was last opened. Not stored: the IP address, the browser string (User-Agent), the device class, the language, the country, the time on the page, cursor movements, the number of openings, going to payment, downloading files and the order code. Each new opening replaces the previous mark. The mark is visible only to me, the artist, in the order card; it does not enter the general visit statistics. It is kept as long as the order exists and is deleted together with it. The mark is not recorded if you pressed “Decline” in the cookie banner or your browser sends GPC or DNT. If you made no choice in the cookie banner, the mark is recorded. Records of this kind do not store the IP address; requests with a wrong order code go to the general log that protects against code guessing.
