Arina Petrovna Prokuryakova (Прокурякова Арина Петровна), a self-employed person paying the professional income tax in Russia, taxpayer number (INN) 344815413410, website ohkurrva.art, e-mail ohkurrva@gmail.com. In this text she is referred to as "the contractor"; the person ordering the work is "the client".
This text is a public offer: a proposal to enter into a contract for the creation of a digital illustration on the terms set out below.
The contract consists of this offer, the Terms of service and the Privacy policy published on the website. The version of the Terms of service that applies is the one recorded in the client's request on the date it was sent.
If this offer and the Terms of service differ, the Terms of service apply.
The contract is concluded when the client pays for the order in full or in part. Sending a request does not conclude a contract: the contractor may decline a request without giving reasons.
The contractor creates a digital illustration based on the client's request and delivers the files to the client, and the client pays for the work. The scope of the work, the stages and revisions are described in the Terms of service.
Prices on the website are set in US dollars and shown in the currency of the selected language. The contractor names the final price personally after reviewing the request.
The payment procedure and deadlines are described in the Terms of service. If the client pays directly to a Russian card or via SBP, the contractor issues a receipt through the "My Tax" (Мой налог) service. If payment goes through a payment service (for example, Lava.top), payments and documents are handled under that service's rules.
The contractor names the deadline personally when the order comes up for work. Files are delivered via Google Drive after payment; before payment the client sees only a compressed preview.
The scope of the client's rights to the illustration and the terms of commercial use and of buying out the rights are described in the Terms of service.
Cancellation of a request and refunds follow the Terms of service, unless the law provides otherwise.
The contractor processes the client's personal data under the Privacy policy.
Claims are sent to ohkurrva@gmail.com; the contractor replies within 30 days. If a dispute is not resolved by correspondence, it is settled under the laws of the Russian Federation.
A new version is published on the website with a new date and applies to orders paid after its publication.
